Accomodation Rules

Quiet hours: 15:00 to 17:30 (afternoon siesta) and from 23:00 to 07:00 (night).
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas, if any will be clearly indicated outside. Smoke Detectors exist
No pets allowed.
No parties allowed.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction of accommodation equipment, furniture or fixtures resulting from negligence, misuse or deliberate action. A thorough check will be conducted by our representative during check-out upon the return of the keys.
Reporting Issues: Any problems, damages or malfunctions of household items identified by guests must be reported to the management within 24 hours of arrival at the property to avoid being considered your responsibility.
Appliance use & Electrical Safety: Please use all devices and applicances strictly according to their provided instructions.The removal of the power card or key from the designated power activation system is strictly prohibited. Disconnecting this system may result in serious damage to the property’s equipment and poses a significant fire hazard. Guests are also required to use all electrical appliances responsibly and in moderation. Leaving appliances (such as air conditioning units, stoves, irons, etc.) running while away from the property is strictly forbidden.
Electrical Power: In order to turn on electricity, you have to put the power card (provided with your keys) into the designated power activation system beside the entrance door indoors. Before you exit the appartment you should remove the power card (provided with your keys) and lock the exit door.
Liability for Electrical Incidents:Any damage, malfunction, or incident (e.g., short circuit, fire, overheating, appliance failure, etc.) caused by unauthorized removal of the power system components or improper use of electrical devices shall be the sole- responsibility of the guest. The guest shall bear full legal and financial liability for any resulting damage.
Toilet Paper: Please do not throw paper and trash inside the toilet.
Water Conservation: Please use water responsibly and avoid excessive or reckless consumption to conserve resources.
Children’s Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times within the property and its surrounding areas.
Screens: Where windows screens are installed, please ensure that remain closed at all hours to prevent the entry of insects and maintain internal conditions.
Safety: Complying to local legislation all the apartments are equipped with a Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detectors, First Aid Kit, Safety Lighting with exit sign, list of Emergency Numbers, Rodent and pest control certificate.
Hot Water: There is a 24-hour hot water supply provided by a solar water heater.

Additional Services and Charges

Additional cleaning service: In accordance with legislation for short term rentals, additional cleaning by a professional crew is available exclusively upon guest request at a supplementary charge.
Linen changes: Additional bed linen or changes during your stay can be provided at an extra charge of 5€ per person. This charge must be paid by the customer if they request this service. Please note that this service includes only the delivery of clean linen in bags. It does not include the collection of used linen or the placement of clean one, which remains the responsibility of the guests.
Keys: In the event of lost keys or services requiring the assistance of a professional locksmith, the full cost will be borne by the visitor and paid accordingly. If keys are forgotten inside the property and the assistance of our representative is required for access, a service charge of 40€ will apply.
